Team meetings are held during each stage of the design, prototype build, pilot run, production build and shipping processes. Our support team is responsible for:

• Reviewing pertinent corporate, industry and retail trends to insure designs remain fresh, creative and market focused
• Evaluating market research feedback for past, present & future merchandising programs
• Reviewing issues that provide cost savings, enhanced market position, increased profitability, increased speed to market

• Retail Intelligence Support: In addition to our in house retail intelligence we partner with leading shopper and consumer insights agencies to deliver deep-dive research to uncover key in-store drivers
• Satellite Support: In addition to our Allendale-NJ corporate office we have locations in Chicago, California and Ohio.
• Field Support: We provide numerous tools to cover pre-install, install and post-install phases including 800 #, e-support, field training and video set- up instruction.
